Nice hotel.

The hotel was decent. Its location was the real selling point – easy access to the marina, night market, and loads of restaurants and attractions. The hotel was clean and had a pool, though we didn't get around to using it.

Breakfast was a bit of a mess, to be honest. A bit of a struggle to get what you fancied at times. Plus, if you didn't get there early, they didn't always top up the food, so you missed out on quite a few things.

Wonderful

The bed was huge and very comfortable. Having a jacuzzi on the balcony was amazing and we had a good view too. Upon check in we recieved a free bath salt packet for the jacuzzi too, as well as a delicious strawberry juice. The pool is lovely for a swim and not too chlorinated.

Location was a bit further than preferred but we knew this when booking so can’t complain

the bed was comfortable, the lady who cooked the eggs, made a wonderful omelette

we paid for a room with a garden view, but the room was on the ground floor and had a terrace with a high wall, and on the top a plexiglass, you could see the sky for 1 square meter, it gave you the feeling of a cage or a prison cell. the lady at the reception very sour and in a hurry to get rid of us; mess in some places, for example the bathroom door was full of paint dust.

Great Location and Excellent Service!

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel is ideally located in the center, just a short walk from the night market and close to the beach. Perfect for exploring the area. The hotel also offers great amenities for families—there's a children’s room with plenty of activities to keep the little ones entertained. The staff is incredibly friendly, always ready to assist with anything you need. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel for both families and travelers looking for convenience and great service!

Good location. Close to the pier to railay beach. Close to the night market. The rooms were mostly clean.

The shower was clogged. A worker came and tried to fix. It was still clogged after he left. We gaved-up.

The staff was very professional and polite. I’m from Sweden, so I really appreciate that it was a woman working there who could speak Swedish. That was very helpful and also fun

Everything was nice, but there was no Netflix. That’s the only bad thing.

Great Stay there.

1) The room and comfortable bed. 2) Good Breakfast 3) Beautiful settings of the hotel 4) Suitable for all kinds of people 5) Close to Night market and amenities

1) Blackout for about an hour and the half on one of the days whilst i were in the jacuzzi… 2) The staff had trouble understanding my queries, 3) Need to pay additional deposit of 200 baht for additional door card request. 4) Had problem with my key card and had to change several times.

Fair price for location and facilities

Location, some facilities for beach, friendly staff, they thought of many things.

A lot of mosquito, I dont think they clean very well, we found a lot of problem with the hygiene, the jacuzzi is very nice, but to many mosquitos outside.

Paid extra for a room with a swim up room. The pool was tiny and the entrance from my room was very unsafe. There was no room to sit on my balcony.

It was overall very good. My only complaint was the front of house staff not going the extra mile.

Location was great. just 250 mtrs from the main strip so it was a short walk to where we needed to be but away from the noise. Ao Nang was extremely busy at this time of the year. The rooms were clean, neat and functional. The breakfast was great with everything one would need. The pool was also awesome and was very quirky with the red tiles.

The front of house staff were not very creative. My daughter was feeling ill and required a fan blowing on her (even though the rooms are well airconditioned). I went to the reception to ask for a fan and was told that they couldnt provide one. I went to the hotel next door who gladly offered me one to use during my stay at Apple even though I wasnt a guest. Thats service!

Nice hotel. Not exactly on the top hot spot of the town.

Hotel has great facility for family stay. Game room, free snack bar, kids pool with slides and all ensured that our kids had great time without burdening the parents, although some of the days were raining.

Everything worked out

The location (close to the beach, to the boats to Railey, to several restaurants, etc.). The staff efficiently helped out with all my requests.

Clean sheets and towels but little stained and worn. The swimming pool is very small and located in a shaded area (good in hot season). The view over the garden is not the best but the room is very quiet at night.

Great value for money

good size modern rooms. loved the red pool. 10 mins to the beach. Staff all very polite and welcoming.

Disappointed that our rooms were on the ground floor as the outside space where the hot tubs were was surrounded by a high fence so no view and felt very claustraphobic.

The mattress at this hotel was incredibly comfortable and spacious, easily accommodating four people without any issues. It was firm yet plush, offering great support and a cozy night's sleep for all of us!

I think for the price we paid, the amenities were quite complete. If I had to point out something less ideal, it would be the two curtain rods—they felt a bit unnecessary and even bumped my head
